He learned the art and science of cabinetry from his father, who also was a cabinetmaker. With the influence of both his father and European background, he not only learned to respect and understands the client's needs, but also to give them quality and uniqueness behind every job. With this experience he was able to open up his first successful business in New York City and work in all the surrounding areas.
After twenty two wonderful years, many beautiful designs and satisfied customers, Danny chose to move his family; wife and three kids to Southwest Florida. Danny opened New Horizon Cabinetry, to provide Southwest Florida with that same unique, quality designs that he has provided others for the last 25 years.
Along with designing and building the cabinetry, he is hoping to train others whose same skills and techniques his father taught him many years ago. New Horizon Cabinetry is outstanding. We remodeled completely a kitchen, master bath and guest bath. Danny Kedra owner assisted with countertops, tile, floor and selecting general contractor in addition to the cabinets and vanities. The cabinetry was custom finished at non custom prices. He and his team are true professionals. Project was in excess of $150,000 and was finished on time, on budget without a punch list.

We couldn't be happier with the kitchen New Horizons installed in
our home. Danny spent a lot of time coming up with ideas that made
our kitchen look so much larger. The installers were highly qualified.
They also cleaned up everyday before they left. Would highly recommend
New Horizons. Danny is a detail man and it made all the difference.

Although we have a nicely designed kitchen, the customer experience was sub optimal. Actually, we are walking away feeling very negative about New Horizon Cabinetry and its business model. The project was neither on time (4 weeks behind) and certainly nowhere near budget ($10K and 30% over). And none of this was from our add-ons. The increases were over the original design and their proposal.
