Horrible customer service… worst rep agency in the country. takes forever to get quotes back. Would give them zero stars if I could.

Sent in a quote request... heard nothing back for days. Called and they had a handful of excuses as to why they didn’t have my quote done. Said they would have it done by the next day. Next day came and gone, I tried calling and no answer! Horribly managed company. Still don’t have a quote. Purchased material from another rep.

Very disappointing service. Waited for a quote, I called them, they said they sent it via email, called again and they said they would try to resend it, finally after 2 weeks I called them upset and then they said I provided a wrong part number, I asked how they were able to send the quote 2 times before, if my part number was wrong, no answer for that. Then to top it all off after waiting 2 weeks for my quote they tell me I CANT even buy there because "I don't have an account", how is that not something you mention on the first call? The worst customer service I have had in quite some time.
