Project is finally completed almost 11 months later. Install of the metal siding to close up the old door took about 15 minutes. All the follow up and coordination was done by Kelli, who is organized, follows through and very easy to deal with. Jordan did come with his guy and apologized again. Although I will not recommend them I hope their business continues to grow and Jordan gets a succession plan in place in case his health fails again.

Wow. I don't even go on Yelp, but I am going on here specifically to give this company a good review. Nothing impresses me more than honesty. I had them come to my home to quote window replacement, and he showed me that they can actually just be fixed (spring issue)!! despite 2 handymen telling me they could not be, and another window company giving me an outrageous ($13k) quote to replace 4 windows. Instead, he actually fixed one!!! And gave me a number of a company who can fix the other 3. When I replace my front and back doors (hopefully after this window experience), I'll def be

This family owned and operated business was able to recommend, order, and replace the windows and sliding glass door for my home. Jordan is down to earth, knowledgeable, and a nice guy. His team reflects these qualities, too.
We spent a lot of time talking with other vendors. It was clear that most of them were the sales end of the company. It never felt like Jordan was selling us. His prices were competitive. He's extremely knowledgeable, and he was realistic with what was possible.
When the job was done, I was very happy with our new windows. More importantly, my wife was thrilled.

I inquired on YELP for a new garage side door. I immediately got a reply from the owner. Mike came the next day at exactly the time he promised. It was followed up with Madison's updates via email. Jordan handled the install of our Cantina 3-panel door and kitchen bifold window. These are complex installations, requiring an extreme level of experience with zero margin for error, particularly when placing the order for a custom door costing 5 digits. Sadly when we were ready to install more new windows in our home I could not get help to finish the project. We had cash in hand ready to install but Jordan responded apologizing for the delay and asked if I was still interested, which I immediately replied I was, then he never responded again. Now I have to find a new company that sells the same brand window to come out and measure everything. Maybe it's because we are installed the pricier larger sliding doors and the remaining windows are too small of a job? I hate to leave a bad review but after a couple months of not hearing anything
