Want to write about a bad plumbing experience.
Saturday night our boiler stopped working in the middle of the night. Temperature was -5F with wind chill. In the morning I called Assured Plumbing I was told over the phone that they will charge me $200 dispatch fee but if I let them do the work they will subtract that from the cost of the work. When the plumber arrived he saw that my boiler is making noise from the inducer fan motor. He immediately was ready to leave since he didn't have that part. Didn't even try to remove it to see why it's making noise. I paid $200 for nothing. He also left me
