Majestic was started by Zayne Roumaya in 1995 as a remodeling company. Majestic specialized in finished carpentry, finished basements, decks, kitchens, and baths. In 2005, Zayne reorganized Majestic Remodeling into what it is known as today Majestic Home Solutions, LLC. Since then, Majestic Home Solutions primarily focuses on high end finished basements, kitchens, and bathroom remodeling.
Job Description: At Majestic Home Solutions, we are looking well experienced Finish Carpenters. As a Finish Carpenter you will be tasked with multiple tasks that a Fiinish Carpenter should be able to perform. We specialize in finished basements, kitchens, bathrooms and finish carpentry. Our Finish Carpenters are tasked with trimming projects, installing cabinets, and closing out projects "punchlist".
If budget range and design are acceptable we would then sign our design/partner agreement which allows us to continue developing and creating design alternatives for you. Have you sign a construction agreement which allows us to start the next phase of your project. Keep track of all selections made so that as we go to each supplier, you can be assured that your themeis consistent and that we are creating the picture you want.
We are delighted with the finished product Zayne and his team provided us for our finished basement. From the very first meeting and throughout the planning, building, and all the way to completion, Zayne was professional and followed through on everything. We were updated and always new what was needed from us and the next steps that were being done.

We have used Majestic before for remodel work. This time we were doing some updating to our home painting and tile work with another remodel to be scheduled a bit later. Working with Shay has been so seamless.... very responsive and has helped us navigate some of our selections and timing requirements. The crews were professional and did a great job. We had a great experience working with Majestic Homes on are 2,000 sq foot basement project. The quality was good and they helped us every step of the way with excellent project management. They finished on time and only had a few minor set backs on the project but this can be expected when dealing with multiple trades on large projects.

Stop and listen...if you are looking for a contractor to finish your basement, look no further, Majestic Home Solutions is the one. This is the first review I have ever written on a company or product, so pay attention! I consider myself a "tightwad" when it comes to spending money on big projects, like finishing a basement. I received quotes from 5 different contractors and Majestic Home Solutions was 35% lower than all of the others. This is a huge savings, depending on how big the project is, it can save you thousands of dollars. Don't think because of the low pricing you are getting low quality
