ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Estimate was WAY over and when I called them to notify them that MANY pieces would not be going. I was cut off from listing all of them and told that it wouldn't make a difference. Of course, it was added weight that the estimate reflected so in their benefit not to remove. Day of, 3 people show up to move 26,000 lbs!! Then they wanted to charge me more for "added labor". NEVER in all of my moves have any less than 4 men showed up and it was always smaller moves than this last one. Furniture was dropped, labeling and inventory wasn't completed. This has been

We strongly recommend Sandhill’s Moving & Storage for a great moving experience. It was a seamless process from beginning to end. We needed flexibility regarding our exact move date and the company was able to provide that to us. While the move was in process, we received a call from the office to make sure everything was going smoothly. We have used these movers three times now, all for homes in Seven Lakes with spiral staircases which required taking furniture over second story balcony. Always professional and well priced. Most recently they moved us from Seven Lakes to Charlotte. The guys moving were hard workers and worked cohesively as a team. Very friendly and took excellent care of all our things with great attitude even having to do the extra work of going over the balcony. Highly highly highly recommend this company. Zero complaints!

Quan and his crew were fantastic. Everything was padded and wrapped. All the guys were very polite and efficient. They moved swiftly to load a 2700 sq ft house full of furniture, including all our yard ornaments. They took special care of everything. We highly recommend Sandhills Moving/Mayflower! Our first contact was with Jennifer, a lovely and friendly spokesperson, and in quick contact when we had to change the move date.

We have always moved ourselves. Too old now to do it so I hired Sandhills Moving & Storage. They were wonderful. They arrived on time, carefully packed all of our stuff and everything arrived in one piece. The part that impressed me the most was they stayed as long as was needed to make sure I was happy with everything. I would always recommend them.

We used them for a move from NC to CT. Several items were damaged in the process. However, at delivery the driver intentionally damaged my 11 year old's dresser by using the wrong screws and drilling into the wood instead of the reinforced pre-drilled holes. Then he left the bag of proper screws on the floor next to the dresser. Because it was assembled wrong, it posed a safety hazard (the top mirror was not secured and could have fallen off). So I took pictures and reassembled it properly. Company decided not to pay for the damage (even though it was fully insured) because I "fixed" the damage

We moved back in May..... Ive been meaning to get my review in. They were absolutely amazing, kind and patient with this frazzled Mama trying to keep 2 toddlers and teens content. My son gets very anxious and upset during moves but Sandhills guys were so patient and kind and involved him in packing his toys and stufies. It was our BEST move with my… little man. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your kindness. I was also SO impressed each of our Bibles were individually wrapped and kept safe. Esp my heirloom Bible from my deceased father, to see his Bible so cared for touched my heart. THANK YOU SANDHILLS
