This is a place if you need to buy a complete lighting fixture. They really don't have individual lamps or lamp shades or things like that. I didn't notice the section of light bulbs or finials or things that you might need for existing light fixtures at home. That's not to say however that they don't offer it. It appears they also service lighting fixtures, if yours needs to be rewired. They have a sign however they are moving so heads up on that!

I had an almost impossible project, replacing glass shrouds on pendant lighting with no branding or noticeable markings. After taking photos of the lights to multiple light shops in the Valley, the pros at Hinkley's ID'd the lights in 30 seconds, found the model, and found where I can purchase the individual shrouds online direct from the manufacturer. Not my first time shopping here and won't be my last! Best in Phoenix.

Seven years ago, I placed an order valued at $7,000 with your distributor, De Light Ville in Woodland Hills, CA. for your Key West line for all our outdoors lights. We loved them then and we still love them now.
Three years ago, in 2017, I had an issue with some nuts and weather stripping and that was my lucky day getting Jocelyn on the phone. I knew immediately that she was a true customer care person when she calmly told me that Hinkley will take care of it right away and at no charge. They were received in less than a week! Walked in to their show room looking to change all the lighting in our house. Spoke to the lady at the desk who just told us to look around. Feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start, we asked for assistance once again. The man informed us that he would take our information and have a designer contact us. That was two weeks ago and we have heard from no one. I guess they don’t really need the business....

Just moved to Phoenix. Stopped at Hinckley's for some much needed lighting and fan advice. Was not disappointed! Bridgett was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Some of my current needs they could meet and for the others Bridgett had great advice. This will be my #1 stop for lighting for as long as I'm in Phoenix. And BTW don't think that because they're specialists that they are more expensive. Prices are very competitive.

This store and the owner Michael Jackson as well as his daughter Jennifer, are liars, disinterested In the client, don't listen to your needs, nor do they think of potential problems on their own. They overcharge, don't return calls, and most importantly don't keep their word on deals made..as in when I was 'so very fortunate' to get a face to face with the owner in my home. (This was after spending over 11k dollars!) And zero help from Jennifer, all talk, no follow thru or return calls( family business trait). They delivered fixtures with so many errors, problems with

We had been searching for a coordinating chandelier and pendant lights for our renovated kitchen for a very long time. We were excited with the quality and look of the fixtures we received which is why I gave this review two stars. However, imagine our disappointment after we had our electrician install the fixtures to find out that the chandelier took screw in light bulbs and the pendants took a prong based bulb...making it almost impossible to find coordinating bulbs that give off the same type of light. And, Hinkley's help was useless. For the price and for the expertise of a lighting

It's so rare to find a good brick and mortar specialty store these days. For landscape lighting it's almost impossible. Thank goodness for Hinkley ' and their wonderful staff. The products are of amazing quality and at a price point that won't give you sticker shock. I'll definitely be taking all my business here.

This places has amazing light fixtures with very unique designs. That said, they're very ostentatious and exceed the average person's price range. The staff was not at all helpful when I went in and asked for something specific, and upon looking it up elsewhere I found that their items were WAY overpriced. This would've been understandable and I wouldn't have minded much if they had treated their customers with more respect.

Very disappointed with our purchase and the service we received afterwards. Beautiful and unique selection of modern lighting in their catalogs, there were great options. We bought two pendant lights at roughly $250+ each. Less than two years later and we've had to replace both lights due to faulty wiring/ bad connection. The first time we took the light in and they lost our fixture and took no record of receiving it. They were slow to get back to us so we went into the store. It ended up taking 5-6 weeks to replace, and hey waived the cost of the replacement unit. Same issue came up with

First of all, the service is unbeatable and the selection is tasteful and unique. I arrived with my two toddlers, and was greeted with kindness and patience. Josh was my sales representative, who worked with me to find just the right fixtures and ceiling fan for my needs and taste. He was able to save me money on my choice pieces, so of course I am grateful for that! Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.

For a long time I heard from various people that the lights are phenomenal at Hinkley's but that I would pay for it dearly. I'd just like to state that in no way is that true.
I went in needing something different, something fun to change up some spaces. Looking through the store I was more worried that none of the displays matched what I wanted exactly more than the price. Hesitant, I went to the counter and asked to look at some flush mount lights for a hallway that are more of a brushed metal finish.
What did I end up finding? Lights for everything I needed that were exactly what

I stopped by Hinkley's yesterday to look for a light for our bathroom remodel. I've also been eying the very cool paper star lights they hang in their windows as I drive past on my way to work each day.
I was in the place 15 minutes and was not greeted once. There seemed to be only one gal working at the time (with a customer), but not even a "Hi there!"
The shop has BEAUTIFUL lights, but the $650 one I loved is a bit out of my price range. Ok, WAY out of my price range. Even the paper stars were $30-40. Boo.
Maybe there's a pocket of richies in Central Phoenix that
