John and his team gutted and remodeled our two bathrooms. They were 50 yr old bathrooms with serious issues. After our plumber said you have to fix this bathroom. It took most of the summer, but the outcome was incredible. Workmanship was incredible. John helped select colors and tiles. He was right on with every suggestion. His workers were knowledgeable and hard working. I am delighted with the outcome. I would not hesitate a minute next time I need work to call John.

Trying to find a quality contractor that you can trust for a complete bathroom renovation can be a daunting task. I was fortunate enough to get lucky and found John Petsco from Long Island Creative Contracting. From the moment we met, John was very professional, knowledgeable and was comfortable to work with. He has a natural ability to understand space and design and was able to interpret my idea into what is now a gorgeous bathroom, above and beyond all expectations. There aren't enough words for me to explain how satisfied i was in my selection of John and his team to remodel my bathroom and convert my garage into a home office. From day 1 what stood out about John was his calm demeanor and professionalism. Unlike other contractors who without even visiting my home were giving me estimates ( at time while on the roof of some1 else) to people who showed up but never even bothered to give an estimate, John was probably the only person who came on time + provided a detailed estimate and was methodical with his work. John, Jessica, and the entire LICC team were extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout our entire six week project. We were impressed from the beginning with John's ability to bring our ideas into reality first with a digital drawing and then with the actual construction. We were amazed by how expertly the contractors were scheduled as to not waste any time and how Jessica immediately answered all of our questions and/or concerns. Having owned and renovated several properties over the years, I can state hands down that John Petsco is the best contractor I have ever used. I was never able to find a company that did high quality work, was reliable, on the job from start to finish, and fairly priced a job, until we meet John. He gutted renovated 3 bathrooms for us simultaneously, and was somehow able to keep our home incredibly clean and organized throughout the process. In fact, we liked John and his crew so much, we decided to use them again, this time for a major expansion involving our living room, dining room and kitchen

John completed the conversion of my garage to a half garage and mud room. He added heating, got the proper permits and completed the whole structure with tiling and electric. The project was seamless and he maintained communication through out! Most amazing contracting experience we had! In addition, when we had issues with the town due to the permit (prior work on the home unrelated to LICC was unpermitted), John went above and beyond to ensure everything was squared away! We definitely recommend him and his team!!

John did a basement renovation for us and created a beautiful space for our family and a work environment for a home-based clinic that I own/operate.
