Extremely friendly, called late morning and were able to schedule me for a couple of hours later. Needed my back door latch replaced, and the door was stuck closed. Was able to fix it without a problem, and even installed some good long screws he had to replace the stock short ones on my front door’s deadbolt striker plate while he was here, no extra charge. Would absolutely use them again if/when I have a need!

Jake came and helped with a door that the lock wasn't working on. He helped me actually remove the physical door and then the lock and only wanted to charge me for a service visit of like $60. I actually had to ask him to charge me more given how much work he did (e.g. climbing on ladder to bang pins out of a door to get the door off the hinge). Honest and smart. Highly recommended.

Requested to rekey the locks on the house. The locksmith worked for 4 hours. During this time, he complained that the locks on the house were different than he was used to working with. After he claimed to be finished, he accepted a lower than quoted amount for compensation. He quickly left before the work could be inspected. Upon inspection, it was found that many of the locks were now broken and several locks were not even placed back on the doors. The house was less safe than when he arrived.

Wife accidentally locked herself out of the car (and forgot the keyless code, oh and locked both our groceries and my wallet in the car). ACR was 11/10 and A+ service all the way. From Tracy taking the call (and proactive follow up while we waited AND expediting assistance) to Jake the absolute wizard who did his magic and had us back in the car in literally <30 seconds. I locked myself out of my home this morning at 6:45 am. I found a local locksmith and just requested his service without getting an estimate. Jake arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call. Once I got in the house, I was worried about how high the bill was going to be. I was pleasantly surprised with the price especially considering it was early in the morning and he came out immediately . Jake was courteous and super friendly and provided suggestions on how not to get locked out again. I would highly recommend ACR Lock & Key and plan on using them for any locksmith needs.

The owner is the most honest, helpful professional I've come across. He could have easily taken advantage of my limited knowledge about locks but instead advised me on what the true underlying problem was - the door itself. Until I got this fixed, there was no point in changing the lock. He also provided great counsel on the type of lock to get and why. I wish all companies provided such excellent service and looked out for their customers in such a manner. Look no further and give them a call ASAP.

Only company that I called that would give me a quote over the phone. I just had to have a lock cut off of my POD storage so not sure what that was all about. On time, very professional, fair price and the person who answers phone very straight forward, friendly and polite. I'm saving their number but hope I never have to use it again! :)

So grateful for this service!! My deadbolt keypad stopped working and I ended up locked out of my house. Called and they were here in less than 30 minutes!! Got the door unlocked in minutes and I couldn't be more thankful that they were available at 10pm!!!! Hope to not need them again but if I do, I'll definitely call them!!!

Great service! Friendly and fast! had sent a request on Sunday and received a callback Monday morning. I needed my patio door's deadbolt lock reset and another deadbolt added to a door into my garage. He arrived early and checked my front door, assessed my back door and garage door. In less than an hour, he installed a strong deadbolt lock for the door to my garage, repaired the strike catch for my other door's deadbolt, rekeyed all of the locks for one key. I don't usually write reviews but flet compelled to do so. Horrible service - Don't understand the positive reviews. These people are not interested in doing business.
The receptionist or owner? Tracy does not seem to to care how long she makes customers wait on the phone- waited 15 minutes, phone was hung up several timeS. Cancel appts. The person who came out seems to not have knowledge or desire in changing locks. Use someone else and spare yourself of the hassle.

I had accidentally locked my self out of my house, and I was told when I called that someone would be over in 15-20 minutes. And that's about as long as I waited. I was given a quote of $75 flat rate, and when my door was unlocked there were no hidden, hit me over the head additional charges. I had previously used a different company and my experience at that time was a complete opposite to this one. I appreciate the timeliness of service and the honesty of this company.

My wife locked her keys in her Kia this morning. Most places around here were closed for another 30 minutes. I called them and they were very friendly and quoted me $55. I was super happy with their price and they arrived in 15 minutes. Locksmith was very polite and happy to be doing his job. Did not rush as trying not to damage vehicle. He was in in 5 minutes. I reached ACR through GEICO when I locked myself out at the mall. They were surprisingly fast. The last time I was locked out it took at least an hour and a half. ACR showed up in about half an hour, the guy found me easily, and I had my keys in less than five minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. The owner is a small business owner, polite and efficient.

Excellent service and arrived on time for my wife who was locked out of her car. Also ACR gave me a great price on extra copies of her car keys. I have dealt with other companies in the past who highly overcharged for their services. But I know that ACR will not be one of those companies.
