The service was not what I expected. they started my service sprayed my floors then the machine broke. they left my floor soaked and told me to wait two days later to get my floors clean. my son slipped on the stuff left on my floor. they also told me that someone would get back with me and didnt hear from anyone till I canceled my service. the service was not professional. and I had to go get a shampooer and do it myself.

Dj Holland came out to do my service and I cannot explain how over please we are with him. I really wish we did before and after pictures because was carpet had so many stains that I wanted to throw it away but he made it look new again. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and both times they were amazing.
