Couldn't be better customer service!!! Always prompt responses to any questions I had about the installation process. I have worked in the construction industry in various trades for years. Bad Bad Customer Service!! Just called to ask questions about hiring this company for our company and the guy on the other end was very rude, he immediately cut me off and said, "We are too busy" and hung up the phone!! Your loss is someone else's gain!! Your rudeness just shot you out of potential business with A LOT of profit!!

We got multiple quotes for replacing a few old, inefficient windows in our house. We decided on Bayside Windows and Doors because we could tell that we were going to be in good hands. The owner was very knowledgeable, and we didn’t feel like he was overly anxious to make a sale. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for windows and doors, and you shouldn’t either.
