We had a great experience working with Hi-5. Met with Nick who showed up on time for the estimate and was very personable. The work was scheduled pretty quickly and was completed within two weeks. There were a few small things that needed to be corrected after the initial install and they were all taken care of. Luis was also very responsive and made sure all of my needs were met. I recommend HI-5 for their professionalism, value, and quality of work.

HI-5 came out and did a partial roof installation, was able to match the color perfect! From the estimate to the installation everything went smoothly. The partial install took less than a day, however, you can see the quality and care this company puts into their work. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up, you would have never known there was a roof install done. The price was more than fair, will recommend to everyone I know!

HI-5 Roofing did an excellent job with the 1st phase of our full roof tear off. The entire crew was on-time and worked effiecently to finish up by lunch time. Clean-up was great and the new shingle color was an exact match to the exisiting. Also, the project price was more than fair and included an exceptional warranty not offered by other surrounding companies. We are looking forward to making the call again to HI-5 to complete the 2nd phase in 2022!

Beware! We highly recommend you avoid Hi-5 Roofing. Our experience was that this company does not stand behind its warranty promises.
We hired Hi 5 to fix a leak above our garage in June 2019. They told us they had a 1-year warranty on the work. 11 months later, we noticed water again leaking from the same location in the garage. In addition, floorboards in the bedroom above the garage were creaking. Hi 5 came onsite for an inspection and agreed to address the leak and floorboards under the warranty. They supposedly came a couple days later to fix the leak, but we were home and did not see/hear

I had a great experience with the company. Luis and Seth were very responsive and flexible. They connected us with a contractor that completed dry wall work as well and we had a good experience with the recommendation. There were a few issues that weren't addressed at first but as soon as I brought the issues up, Luis sent a crew out and addressed the issues.

He was able to answer any questions, and address my concerns with sincerity based on his past experiences. His staff did a great job of working with me and through my insurance company submitting supplmental information, and scheduling the work. Their work is outstanding. I feel like I bought a new home.
