Dealt with Ben regarding re-piping our house with PEX piping ($6000). He either answered our calls, or got back to us promptly (rarity with North coast businesses) if we left a message. He is very personable, and was quick to take care of any issues (minor) we bought up. Showed up when he said he would and came back after the job was finished to check that everything was working as it should. I would absolutely use him again.

Absolute worst customer service!! I called and received a recording that transferred me to someone's voicemail. The message told me to call someone else and I got their voicemail. After they finally called me back a day and a half later, they sounded irritated when I explained my issue and said they'd have to fit me in between their other 40 appointments. Then, he tells me that he'll call when he's heading over. I asked when he would be coming and he said he didn't actually make set appointments and that we'd have to just be home whenever he calls. Absolutely ridiculous

I called on Monday morning and was told that a ticket would be made and they would be out that afternoon or the next day. I called Tuesday morning and left a message. 2 hours later the owner called with no information and gave me the number of the employee with my ticket. I was told to call this person and talk to him I called and left a message and did not hear back. Wednesday morning I called again and left a message. Another employee called me 4 and a half hours later saying he now had the ticket and was making contact with me. I had already called another company who was at my home in 3 hours

Top notch business that completely took care of us when we were having a frustrating issue with a pipe that kept breaking during a remodel. They came out immediately every time to get us temporarily fixed even though it always seemed to be on the weekends when it broke, and when we were finally ready for the final fix they were quick to respond to our timing and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this business!
