Buyer beware...
I bought an item from them that did not work. They agreed to refund my purchase after I send it back at my own expense. Fair enough. The person I spoke with said to just send it back to the address on the box. And despite the fact that their website says that you need an RMA number for a return, the guy said don't worry about it, just send it back. So, I did... and followed up the next week to see if it had arrived. I spoke with the same individual as before and he told me it was there and my refund would be processed shortly.
A month went by, so I followed up again. Only now
