After the Battle Ground Tornado of 2015 hit us, our chickens and animal feed were left exposed to the elements in our smaller barn. Matrix replaced our roof in a single day with some minor cleanup and finished work in a single day. Great job, friendly employees and fast work. Worked for them for almost 2 years, nothing but quality work in the home solutions part, however, the new "senior project manager" Mitch is very incompetent and lacks the knowledge for biding jobs and what/how things can be fixed. They wanna say we weren't "loyal" to the company, but in reality and all honesty, they don't take care of their employees.

Over the past 6 months Matrix Roofing and Home Solutions have done several jobs for us. The roof was done late last year as well as the front porch supports and soffits and gutters. After an initial wait for materials and permits the work was done in a timely manner and all the work was very good quality.The selection of materials was also good. Our neighbors all told us how nice it looks. They did the tear off and installed the new roof in just two days!

I tried to be my own general contractor. When I got in over my head, I called Matrix and they did the things I couldn't do. They showed up on time and fixed it fast. Besides a little sawdust (and a lot of clean new wood), you'd have never know there was any water/sewer damage. Polite, professional, and high quality work.

Had a roof replaced with them and was so impressed with their work, professionalism and punctuality, decided to use their handyman services for our deck. One of the best decisions we have ever made! From the first phone call, the company as a whole made us feel like we were their only customer. Quotes were quick, questions answered even quicker. David and his crew were fantastic, and the final project looks absolutely beautiful. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. Look forward to working with this company on future projects.

We had a great experience with Matrix, which was recommended to us by a realtor. They sent Joe out right away to give us a bid and he was very professional and personable. He answered all our questions, then emailed us the detailed bid. Their price was average, in the middle of the four bids we requested. Matrix was very responsive in their communication with us by phone or email. Josh was willing to work with our vacation dates and the stretch of rainy days. So I asked them to assess my 23-year-old-roof's condition and quote a price to replace its cedar shingles. Their estimator was very professional. Presumably he conducted a thorough inspection of my roof.
Their bid was nine time the cost of the new roof. Nine times.
I can buy a brand-spankin' new Land Rover or Porsche Cayenne for less money than their bid. I advised them of this and as I type this, their response is, well, quieter than a colony of crickets outside your window.
