Very clean and able to drive around other vehicles with lots of space. The inside climate controlled units were kept clean and had no problems with the unit's storage door. Wide hall making it easy to bring larger items thru with little difficulty. First time using this facility so far the experience has been a good one.

I heard about Bella from my wife who's been going to the owner at Superior for decades (now I go too) and I've been so pleased with the help and service of Monica and Felicia Brown at Bella. I love the climate control units that they have and anytime I go, they are clean and the ladies are always friendly!

I've been there for over a year and like this facility. They have excellent security. It doesn't matter what review you read for any item you decide to purchase, there are always one that gives a negative review. Can't please everyone. I'm satisfied with the price and service. I have two units and have moved from one unit to another three times. They have help me save money by only giving me a unit to fit my contents. Have talked to the owner and employees many times and always a welcome greeting. Will stay here, no need to shop around.

Good thing this place doesn't need any new business! Walked in there today trying to get some information and it was like pulling teeth to get the guy (Willard was his name) to give any info out! Im in customer service and pretty sure I would be canned on the spot if I acted like him... Never will I rent there.
