This Alleyna floor plan has four bedrooms and two and half bathrooms, coming in at 2307 heated square feet.
Brook Ridge is a brand new community off of Old 30 Rd. in Jacksonville. If you are looking for country living within a close proximity to town, this is the subdivision for you. Maidstone Park is a wonderful community in Richlands, NC. It is just minutes from downtown Richlands, with easy access to Jacksonville and the bases.
We want to let you know that we are really love the new house you custom built for us and are enjoying it very much. After officially moving in last Saturday we have about half the boxes unpacked, but enough of the essentials that we can enjoy the house. We are very pleased with your work and want to give you and your crews a special thanks for working so hard, despite the monsoon weather we had last month, to keep the construction on schedule.

Horizons East did a solid job of building a new home for our family. We went with the Dallas floor plan, which has an awesome layout and a ton of space upstairs and down. Our construction spanned about 9 months, during which the gas shortage, covid resurgence, labor shortage, lumber shortage, and supply chain issues came up. Mariah at their office did a pretty good job of responding to emails we had asking for information, although sometimes it felt like we had to be the ones to reach out. But I understand this given all of the things that came up outside of their control during construction. Drew

I wanted to wait until they finished my punch list to post the most accurate review, but after a month I've given up. I’m sure they will use the “COVID or material shortage excuse” which is HILARIOUS as the other builders in the neighborhood (Peletier Shores) seem to have no issues building quality homes, with shutters and properly advertised windows.
If this company ever built anything quality, it must have been under past management. I would say, “It is my opinion that Horizon East/Jennifer Morton…” but it no longer is an opinion when every person I’ve had the pleasure to speak

Okay, I’m not really sure where to begin with this review.. my husband and I closed on our home with them back in January 2021- it has been one headache after another!! The whole closing process was a nightmare, the amount of miscommunication and not caring was horrifying. If you buy from out of state BE WARNED, they will play you like no one else and use any excuse possible for their behavior. We have had part of our flooring ripped up in our house since the first month we moved in (water damage),weeks of trying to get a reimbursement for an insanely expensive water bill due to a water leak

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
They tried to cover up a foundation issue on the concrete they put down for my house. they allowed a crack that went all the way through my foundation and from one side of the house to the other to go with trying to fix or make anything right as they said it was "buyers personal opinion" seeing anything wrong with it.

I could not have had a better experience with Horizons East. They are friendly, helpful and made the whole transaction painless from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, they made the decision making process as efficient as possible, and even prepared me with answers to questions that I did not even know I had. I was very impressed with Jennifer's commitment to quality and I absolutely love my home!

Horizons East is an outstanding builder. The quality of work is superb. Jennifer will go above and beyond to give you your dream home. If you want a farmhouse sink or tile back splash, you got it! She pays attention to the small details and uses quality materials. I would highly recommend Horizons East to anyone looking to build a new home!

Called Horizons East Building Co. because of the great reviews they have to inquire about a room addition .The lady who answered the phone stated they are more about building homes. I then asked you do home remodeling that is what your website states.There was a pause and then a yes and silence. I said thank you and ended the call. Not a we want your business reception.
