Resilient flooring - also known as 'vinyl' or 'sheet vinyl' - has been around for decades and is still one of the most popular types of flooring around. It's made using a printing process known as 'rotogravure', which prints a pattern on the flooring substrate via an engraved cylinder. Today's resilient flooring is manufactured much in the same way it always has been, yet the styles and technologies have evolved with the times.
Naturally resistant to mold and mildew, our rubber floors are designed for durability, versatility and slip resistance, plus they're very quiet and comfortable under foot. This company representative seemed all in when we first visited the showroom and promised a quote as quickly as we could give the dimensions which we provided the next day. Two weeks later we still do not have a bid and their response? "we have been extremely busy with our contract work". We will find our product where our business and money are appreciated.

If you are thinking about using MC’s services, give them a shot. Although they messed up they took care of me. I would like to say thank you for apologizing and as far as I’m concerned no hard feeling’s. As the recipient of your services I was not happy with the installation crew’s job or the mess they left, but thank you for fixing this and taking care of your customers.

Several months and still waiting for product to show up so we can have it installed.
Salesman didn't measure closets and so when the upstairs was done the downstairs was short.
Two months later when they come back with more carpet to do the downstairs, they didn't bring any for THOSE closets.
Run around complete bad customer service, installers all spanish speaking, except the one who barely communicates with us.
Bad experience, run as fast as you can to a different dealer.
I work for a general contractor and I have seen bad service but this is really really bad.
