Nonexistent- never showed , answered the phone or gave a curiosity call after having an appointment and taking time off work. Unacceptable! Should there even be a rating?

Usually, I'm not too fond of writing reviews, but this is one of the worst experiences with a plumbing company. It took me calling five times and leaving a message before I could initially get up with anyone. When I finally was able to talk with someone, they said they would be at my house the next day (Wednesday). The next day came, and no one showed up or even called. They finally showed up on (Thursday). After 4 hours, they realized that it was a bigger job and said they would be back the next day (Friday). Guess what; no one showed up again.
I had to wait until the next Monday to call to see

Our appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 15th, the exact time was to be determine by a phone call prior to arrival. It is now Wednesday, Sept. 16th and no one has called to schedule the work, apologize for a lack of response or answer their business phone any of the multiple times we have called. I would have given negative stars if it were possible.

Our water line busted in the yard. Ricky sent a crew for an assessment. They were friendly and professional. Ricky clearly explained the process and what it would cost. They came back the next morning and completed the job before lunch. They also cleaned up the work area.
