Miami's One Paraiso Residences are home to this penthouse apartment that's inspired by land art. DKOR Interiors is teaming up with Dailey Janssen Architects, P.A., to create an ultra-luxury spec home in the chic enclave of Palm. Our design team is creating a home befitting of becoming an international family's first long-term residence in a new luxury.
In this organic, yet modern, Fort Lauderdale condo, our design team is combining two units. Located in the Auberge Beach Residences in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this mid-century-modern. DKOR Interiors' latest design project takes us to the exclusive neighborhood of San Pedro Garza Garcia in Monterrey, Mexico.

It was really a success to have hired DKOR Interiors, and our first interview with Ivone was super warm and clear, which gave us a feeling of absolute confidence, it was difficult for us in Argentina and for Zoom to make us understand how we wanted to design our family home. We had several meetings by zoom, we were seeing styles and colors for our life and we were giving shape to our dream. we fully trust the style, taste and professionalism of DKOR. We only saw the apartment empty like in the movies and came back the day we moved in to stay. we were really amazed, everything incredible, no claim

From the first moment that we walked into the office at DKOR, the staff was AMAZING! We were greeted by a cool, hip, young design team that took our request to make "NOT your grandpa's condo" and turned it into our rock and roll dream! Although we were unsure of the exact direction we wanted to go, they listened to our love for rock music and concerts, had us do a Pinterest board of styles that we liked, and made some very cool suggestions that allowed us to have a very unique condo! Margaret, Marianna, Silvia, and Yakira were simply a joy to work with and we could not be happier with the design

When we first met the DKOR team we knew we had found what we needed: a group of young , enthusiastic, sensitive designers . And also as we soon found talented and efficient. But what impressed us the most was their ability to listen to our story , who we were and what we had in mind for the condo we had just acquired by the sea.They were from then able to propose a beautiful concept encompassing the essence of our vision. The rest was creativity , talent and hard work with a superb final result .We also made some friends.

D’kor Interiors is an interior design firm like no other, their uniqueness and fresh taste in the design world make them stand out from others as well as their warm team of people, as professional and knowledgeable as they can be they are also the nicest bunch of humans out there, they will give your new home not only a better look but the finest of the vibes!
