We've used BEYOND for the past two Family First Life Annual Conventions and we wouldn't do another event without them. BEYOND does an amazing job at taking your vision and turning it into a reality. Their staff is professional, hard working, and extremely accommodating. They have no problem making changes on the fly. They truly do go above and beyond to help make your event successful.

We hired Beyond for our wedding last year and had an issue on the day of. They didn't mention that the lights we used required an on-site technician or at least some sort of instruction on how to dim them... for the entire evening, the reception was brightly lit and our guests complained all night. We reached out to Beyond to make this right for us, but the way that the contract is written definitely protects them from any miscommunication or misunderstandings like this.

As an Event Planner my pet peeve is working with the utmost professional people. In working with BEYOND for the last two years, they have taken my clients event from a 5 to a 20+ experience. BEYONDs Team is A+ with professionalism, flexibility and execution.

Beyond created a magnificent video of a “true surprise” proposal. They worked with us and our so-to-be-son-in-law. Our daughter had no clue of the special dream event. After a day of down pouring rain and evening, we stood waiting for her to out of a Dallas Stars game (this marked their 4 yr anniversary and the first date at a Stars game). … Beyond waited patiently covering cameras. Beyond did the lighting for our ceremony and reception and it turned out so fabulous! I was very particular on the color of pink I wanted and they made it perfect. The pin spots were perfect and the ceremony and reception rooms looked amazing!

My original review is below. After speaking with Jennifer I feel much better about our experience with Beyond. Even though the lighting was still not what I wanted, they recognized where things went wrong and took the right measures to make sure we ended on a happy note. I also originally thought that they charged us $250 more for the gobo, but… after double checking they did not.
