Our store opened in the Spring of 2005, and was founded by John Cancialosi, one of the leading kitchen and bath designers. After 15 years of helping establish a local retailer's cabinet business, John decided that he'd be able to better offer customers what they deserve by opening his own store. I went in to TP Kitchen & Bath Shoppe for assistance renovating my bathroom. I was masked; all of the salespeople were sitting at their desks and none of them were masked. One of them offered to help me, and invited me to sit at her desk. I asked if she could put on a mask. She said she didn't have a mask, and her coworker (rather rudely) said that she had one for her. The woman went to her coworker's desk, and they began whispering while getting out the mask. I let them know if it was too inconvenient I could leave, and the coworker again said, very rudely, "I'm getting her a mask!" When the salesperson

I ordered two vanities from them. They were a pleasure to work with on my bathroom remodels. I had my contractor do the install. I just bought the pieces from the shop. There were a couple issues with the paint on the vanities and they took care of it and made it right. I would recommend dealing with them.

Highest quality hand made all real wood cabinets and huge selection. Julio was very helpful in helping me pick out and order my new vanity and it was ready in a couple weeks. I went with a Bertch brand vanity in shale grey and I absolutely love it. It's 100% real birtch wood with dovetail joints. The drawers and doors have special hardware that doesn't allow them to slam shut. Instead they close slowly and quietly. Built to last forever. Im really happy. 5 stars.

Inexperienced installer. Ruined our expensive tile. Chipped and cracked it. Tiled corners were an absolute mess. Covered everything with grout and didn't clean it off. Quartz sink top not ordered correctly and then tried to install a top that was too small. Caused a long delay. Toilet didn't fit. We had to find one on our own. We struggled with owner to get some of the work fixed. They did not fix all the ruined tiles. Would never trust them again!!

We received great personal service remodeling our bathroom. Rachel was most helpful finding products to make my disabled husband's life easier. She had to do a lot of hand holding and I very much appreciated her ideas and patience. Howard did most of the work. He was always on time, kept our house clean, and his work is beautiful. We are very happy with this company.
