The goal of this remodel project called for a change to the look and feel of the home, to better reflect the family's more contemporary lifestyle. This condo remodel project was the perfect place to put into practice a design upgrade that would eventually become an investment property. The Sylvan Learning Center tenant improvement project in Hermosa Beach, California, was a fast-paced design and construction challenge.
