In late 2018 my husband and I contacted the Coccomo Brothers interested in a custom build house. Everything after that was a nightmare. Shoddy workmanship, horrible contractors, no one ever answers your call. They forced us into an over-priced house and were so rude about every single issue we had. Thank god just this last month we were able to rid ourselves of that nightmare house. I want to leave this review as a warning to anyone and everyone who is interested in their houses. They are terrible houses built by terrible people. Run as fast as you can in the other direction of these men, bad news

Thomas, Michael and Paul Coccomo can be measured by their character- simply put, caring and thoughtful. 5 years ago they came to my family and offered to name the street of their subdivision in honor of our son Chris who had passed away. A gesture of support and kindness that will forever keep our son’s spirit via CHRISTOPHER WAY. I wholeheartedly support the Coccomo Brothers and all that they represent.

The Coccomo Brothers built our house and we love it! They found the exact open floor plan we were looking for and provided many custom features to make our house one of a kind. Their developments definitely aren’t cookie-cutter houses. We had a little issue with water coming in from the bulkhead well after our warranty expired, but Mike made sure the problem was fixed regardless. Good guys.

DO NOT use this company. Get EVERYTHING in writing with these guys. They back out on their word and will claim they did not agree to what you asked of them, even though there were many prior conversations and verbal agreements to do so. They will nickel and dime you for everything, though they will take short cuts and provide poor quality work, to save THEMSELVES money. They will smile to your face and say what you want to hear, but then proceed in a way that benefits them and is not at all about the customer. I have never had such a horrible experience.

The Coccomo Brothers are the nicest, kindest individuals you will ever meet, until they milk every single dollar they can from you. They will show you their most expensive houses and explain how it can be in your price range, right until you sign on the dotted line. Then they have you do change order after change order until you've given them an additional 20k plus, any lies they can tell you to get you to sign anything they will say. Even if you do not sign or agree to anything they will talk about "verbal agreements" then they start getting nasty. They use such kind words as "it's cheaper to

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.
We signed a contract with Coccomo in May 2019 to build a home. When it was getting close to time to close we asked for balance. All of a sudden $38k in change orders were sent to us that we were unaware of and never signed. Their contract states that ALL change orders had to be signed by both parties PRIOR to the work being done. I had been asking Tom Coccomo for months to give us change orders and prices on things we were asking about but they went ahead and did the work without giving us any pricing. We offered them a fair price for the work that we had asked them
