Recently had some work done at this Ford Dealership. It’s a small dealership in size but the customer service was 2nd to none. The service department dropped everything they were doing to help me with a quote. The quote was reasonable, they worked me in quickly and had us going in no time. True customer service is a rare thing these days and I never do this, but I would highly recommend using this Ford dealer.

I purchased two spare keys online and had them cut by a local locksmith. I then called Winebarger Ford to see if they could program them. I was told they could do both keys for a given price, to which I told the person on the phone “Great, I’m on the way.” After arriving, the service department manager asked me if I had an appointment, which I did not, and was not informed I needed one on the phone.
