I’ve had new flooring laid in many houses over the last 50 years and I can say without hesitation that my experience with Flooring USA has been my worst experience yet.
After talking to the co-owner, she had her husband here In a flash to measure and give us a price. The great service was short lived. After the check was written, nothing went as expected. Yes, the weather gave issues which I understood but never one time over several weeks did he show up when he said he would. He left rooms half done for days on end. He dropped off his worker and took off without saying a word and didn’t show

Adam and Nikki are awesome and very helpful! I live in Wyandotte which isn't very far, but its a pain to drive all the way to Joplin, Neosho or Grove. When I purchased my flooring it took less than a week to come in and they were able to hold on to it while I was still working on my house.
The other great thing is they are local and really appreciate your business. I've gone into Lowes or Home Depot and I feel like I'm getting ghosted by the employee's. I've been in enough at those stores to know where things are so I've just become numb to the terrible customer service.
