I'd recommend that you go somewhere else than deal with these horrible people. They cost me $3500 in attorney's fees after I clipped one of their corner posts that protects the side of the building. I was trying to maneuver a 27' U-haul in their small parking lot filled with all types of garbage vehicles. I didn't not even know that I had hit the post and had bought full insurance for the U-haul. Instead of calling me on a business day and letting me file an insurance claim like a decent human being, these trashy people went straight to the police and falsely led them to believe

Great, clean, cheap and clear! The storage unit was clean when I received it. They set up automatic monthly payments which are half the cost of other places. And when my debit card was cancelled due to the new chip cards, without my bank notifying me, they called and were very understanding and patient in getting my new card number. Notifications and receipts were done via email. Moving out was easy and the conditions for getting a reimbursement of the rent were clear in the contract, and reiterated in an email. Easy and convenient from start to finish!

NOTE: I am reviewing for the U-Haul Rental not the Storage part:
The price is so miss leading! We were told it was 39.95 to rent truck and that included 20 miles...
(we drove 24 miles and filled the tank) Absolutely wrong I was charged $82.00 My receipt says Rate 39.95 then charge 39.95 and then fees. When I called the gentleman told me that it was fee's and taxes and couldn't do anything about it. I will be posting on all blogs and review sights. Should have gone with Penske $48 and unlimited miles.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION!!!
I booked a Uhaul truck through A Plus that was at a different facility (T&G Performace Automotive) and when I showed up to pick the truck up T&G was closed and nobody would answer the phone (got there as quick as I could...I arrived at 11:03 to locked doors / empty lot...their Sat hours are 8-11...3 hours??? Hardly seems worth turning the lights on). I called Norm at A Plus to let him know and he REALLY went the extra mile (even calling the regional manager) to find another truck for me. He was very polite and apologetic for the trouble which
