Phoenix Pavers is where you want to go for landscape, pavers, and all aspects of outdoor transformation!! They took our backyard from an unsightly mess of rocks, weeds and artificial turf to a tranquil oasis of pavers, travertine and pool installation. I’d highly recommend contacting them for design, install and upgrade of outdoor project needs. They are, indeed, the best!

We had a great experience with PHX Pavers. We got bids from several established companies. Chris gave us the most confidence and the best advice on our choices, and provided multiple quotes with different options that were all reasonably priced. He provided several addresses that we could go look at it which really helped us narrow our options. The big plus here is that Chris and his crews followed through on all promises and every detail discussed. Our large driveway and motor court turned out exactly as expected, on time and on budget. My wife and I had a great experience with PHX Pavers. Chris who is one of the owners was great to work with. We did a complete backyard remodel installing over 2000sqft of travertine around our pool. Came out looking great and ahead of schedule! We were updated through the entire process and Chris was always available. The one day he could not come y the job site to check on the progress he had another PM come by. Since it was during covid we were working from home during the project, the crew was incredibly hard working and nice. Great experience and would recommend PHX Paver to anyone

Chris is AMAZING. He was always on schedule, showed up every day to make sure the work was being done correctly, and his team did a beautiful job. Oh.. and I am picky AF. Spent about $25000 on a backyard update, cooking area and pavers. Workmanship was terrible. Gas was not hooked up properly and leaked for a couple of months before I realized it, outlets in the cooking area are loose, pavers are not set in a straight line, irrigation lines under pavers were cut (and then the pavers came up with the water like small volcanoes), etc. Pretty bad experience.

Jim came out to the house. Was supposed to come back the following week to go over design details. Cancelled appointment three times. Said he'd email estimate - never did. Never responded to additional attempts to contact him. They may do decent work but I'll never know because I won't support a business that has such a low opinion of their customers that they can't even take the time to respond.

Phoenix Pavers did a fantastic job on our backyard pavilion pavers / firepit and artifical turf. Alec was very responsive with the estimate. They showed up to install on the day as scheduled with a large crew of skilled craftsmen. They completed the work when they said they would and the quailty was top notch. They cleaned up the work area and yard and left everything looking like a model home. We highly recommend PHX Pavers!

Last year we had The Flagstone Yard install our Phoenix Pavers in the front walk & driveway. It came out terrific looking, just adds so much to the look of a house. One thing that was done was to over fill the joints with the PolySweep sand, now although it looks very cool and most people like the look of the smoother finish it does tend to break out of the joints so then I have to refill them, a PITA. But as I said it gives a much smoother overall look and walking is less trip likely.

We did a complete remodel of our backyard and used Phx Pavers for almost all of the architectural work. They were SO good. Not only did the project turn out like we hoped (it looks great!), but more importantly, the project started when they said. It took exactly how long they said. It cost what they said. Every change made was handled with precision and every promise was kept. That is about all you can ask for. Jim Bowie was our project manager, and he was great. Phoenix Pavers recently constructed an incredible backyard patio for us. We had been saving for two years and spoke with several companies before deciding to go with them. Most of the other landscape companies were either unresponsive or unwilling to remain close to our budget. Phoenix Pavers exceeded our expectations on both fronts. Once we committed to a design, they started work within a week and were done ahead of schedule. All of their employees were friendly and professional day-to-day. PHX pavers just completed a 2700 square foot driveway for us. The work is great and they did it in ONE DAY! (Plus one day to demo the old ugly concrete.) We got several bids and they were very competitive. This company also installed a driveway at my father's home and they did a great job there as well. They communicated well and performed as promised.

Phoenix pavers installed 3300 square feet of travertine pavers in our backyard (4 weeks of work). The quality of the work was atrocious. The amount of settling, among other problems, within 3 weeks caused the need to have every paver removed. The company disputed our concerns and provided a very low level of customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Our backyard will forever hold scars from this ordeal. Not to mention adding a 2 month delay for completion. We had Chris Shaffer and his team do 2500 square feet of travertine in our backyard. The workmanship, quality and value was exceptional! Our yard was transformed to a beautiful resort style backyard. We waited over 20 years to do our backyard, the space was all concrete with some cool decking, the process allowed pavers to be placed over the concrete and our pool incorporated into the process unified the yard. Thanks to the team we will enjoy our yard for many more years to come!

Poor workmanship and terrible customer service. The workers neglected to face the edge of my patio and two pavers came loose within days. The salesman did not follow up or even respond to my phone calls. When eventually a crew came to finish the job and repair the damage, they left a mess in my yard.
