September 29/2021 Update : I hired an independent roof inspector for a analysis of what else needs to be corrected. The fact that there are cracks and gaps that Redwood Roofing team had left unfilled does not inspire me with confidence that the rest of the job was done with quality. Here is the report:

I called Jordan when we needed to replace the gutters at our house. His quote was fair and communicated clearly. He was responsive and quick with any questions I had. They also got me on the calendar quickly which was unexpected. His guys showed up...worked hard and had the whole house done in about 5 hours. We were referred to Redwood Roofing to handle a roofing installation needed as part of a solar project for a small commercial structure. Jordan and his team provided a very competitive bid for the project so we selected them for the work. Their work was high quality and completed in two days in the brutal heat wave of last week. Jordan at at Redwood Roofing was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate and provided a clear explanation as to the scope of the work involved . He answered all of my questions and explained what to expect with the roof removal and installation. His estimate was reasonable and although it was the busiest time of the year for roofing , he was able to fit my job into his schedule in a timely manner.

Redwood Roofing was wonderful! We had met with 3 roofing companies, and Redwood Roofing not only had the best prices, but Jordan (the owner) was very responsive. He was always on time and answered any questions we had, and his crew was so fast! They put a new roof on for us in 3 days. I also loved that after each day of installation they cleaned up really well. I would highly recommend this company over anyone else in Santa Cruz.

First, Jordan came by for a meet and greet and took a look. I received his proposal and was happy with it along with the scheduled time frame. He had to not only deal with Santa Cruz County permit maze (which he made through diligently), he coordinated his work and schedule with my solar contractor.
This whole process has been a good experience as far as anyone can expect when needing a roofing replacement.
I am very satisfied with all aspects of this process, including clean-up after the job and highly recommend Jordan's company.

I saw Jordan and his crew out on a job site and told him about my new roof done by another contractor that still leaked. He came out the next day to do an inspection. He found a few areas that were not sealed and offered to seal them up on the spot. Great service, great communication. I would definitely use them again for any roofing needs.

Jordan was extremely professional, responsive, and timely. He provided an accurate over-the-phone quote on the work I needed done on my roof. He was really booked out but was able to squeeze me in since my roofing project was estimated to be completed within a days work. Jordan's crew, who completed the work, reflected the experience we had with Jordan; they were a pleasure to work with. Although there were some hiccups with our solar panel guys and what needed to be done on the roof, Redwood Roofing Repair was very flexible and understanding.

January 6 2019 winter storm hits Capitola and MY roof starts to leak. January 7, 2019 9:13am I contact Redwood Roofing, 9:23am Redwood calls me back at 11:45 (after servicing a few other customers) they come to my home and FIND AND FIX the problem. I am very grateful for Jordan making this happen. Another storm is due tonight and I can rest easy knowing my leak has been fixed.
