Caspers Construction was founded in 1974 and has been a leader in construction for southeast Nebraska. We're a general contractor with specialties in commercial, industrial, pre-engineered metal buildings and heavy-highway construction. Our goal is to provide a solution to your construction goal, be it a new facility, expansion or remodeling an existing site.
Eugene Caspers worked for a general contractor in Lincoln, Nebraska, from 1961-1974. He was the superintendent for many school projects (York High School, the bell tower at Doane College, and others) before founding Caspers Construction in 1974 with his wife Elsie. Since that time, project complexity has grown along with the company.
At Caspers we consider ourselves a "jack of all trades, " which comes with the territory as a general contractor, however we do specialize in some specific fields. Here, you'll find some greater details about each of these areas and how we might be able to serve you and your project goals. Among the fields we specialize in are: Design Build, Commercial, Industrial/ Manufacturing, & Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
Commercial builds are Caspers' specialty. Depending on your project needs, we can step in at the beginning of the project and see it through to the end or focus in on specific project needs. Caspers offers commercial build experience in pre-engineered metal, wood frame, or conventional steel buildings.
