First I called, I was informed they were booked and I was not going to be able to get an appointment for a few days. Since my situation was not dire, I decided to stay with Whitlow and I am glad I did! On that day the locksmith came in the AM on time and was very polite, I had my lock fixed very quickly. The specific part I needed was on hand and I had not sent any information about my lock ahead of time. After the lock was fixed, he tried it several times to get the feel right. The lock looked great to me, however the locksmith was not happy and made an adjustment that took less than 5 minutes

Excellent experience with these with these guys. I called the day before and they were closed but left a message. The next day they called back and said to come in. I went there with my fobs to be programmed and it took 15 minutes to do it. 2 fobs done and they worked perfectly. Vary fat service even for making any type of key.

Whitlow's Security Specialists is an excellent company. I emailed them at 9 PM and they emailed me back bright and early the next day to call and make an appointment. I called and they were able to fit us in that day. Greg, the service technician, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He performed the service thoroughly, yet efficiently. Would recommend to anyone and would give 6 stars if possible! Thank you!
