Waited over four months after giving deposit to have my fence installed. Every time I called they used a different excuse as to why it was delayed. If they were up front about the delay in installation that would have been fine I just would have went else where. The fence looks good. The workers pleasant. Finally when they showed they only installed some of it but left the rest on my grass which killed it because it sat for two weeks. Workmanship is there but business sense and customer service is not. I would have rather paid more to deal with a more professional company.

I do not understand how Liberty Fence has so many positive reviews, unless they are written by their staff, as this business does not care about its customers. I had a fence installed in August of 2020. The installers were rude, messy and tried to leave a pile of asphalt rocks that they dug up in my garden.
The fence railings are uneven and the caps keep coming off with the slightest breeze. I had the caps reinstalled a year later, which I could not book an appointment for, but was told when the service person was in my area, my issue would be addressed. Well, that took over two weeks. When

This review is for the customer service staff and female supervisor. So I needed a repair done they told me send a pic of what needed to be repaired. They quoted me a price and requested a deposit half to be exact. The guys show up 2 weeks later and ask me if anyone came to take measurements, I said no. He informed me the materials given to him were not the right one, and he would have to come back. I was let down by the work preformed at my house by Liberty fence. I don't believe they do quality work. They installed a driveway gate and railings in the front of our property. We just did our front steps and did over all the cement in the front, back, and side of our house. While liberty was installing the railing on the front step they broke off a full corner of the step then poured cement in the post to try to give support to the railing to try to hold it. After breaking it off they just tried to cement it back in place without bringing it to our attention, it just so happened that

As a community leader in Elmont one of my biggest goals is recommending local businesses to our residence and I must say that liberty fence goes above and beyond to help their customers. I would like to thank the owner Anthony for his tireless attempts to repair my fence he assured me that he was not leaving my home until the fence was fixed I’ve… had my fence for over 15 years and this was the first and only issue that I’ve had and he came to my house right away and fixed it. UNRELIABLE LIARS!! Liberty put in our fence 15 years ago, so when the gate needed to be replaced, we contacted them. My husband told them we would need the gate when our daughter was visiting with her dog in a week. He was told no problem, they would get it done. and back to us in time. LIARS!!! When I called to ask 2 days before our daughter arrived, the office woman/girl kept putting me on hold, telling me it wasn't ready. I was working in my kitchen and suddenly there's a strange man in my backyard digging dirt and tossing it on my property. Not in my neighbor's yard. My yard. We didn't hire Liberty.
This is illegal. Workers can not come on private residential property without alerting the homeowner they are doing so. This is a violation of privacy.

This review may change for the better. It depends on whether or not the company contacts me within a reasonable amount of time and are willing and able to fix the problems. My mom (age 87) hired them in 2018 to reconstruct the side steps and railing to her one-story, side entrance. Included are current photos (03/12/2021). Does Liberty Fence & Railing's work last only three years? I contacted them today via their web site. I am hoping for a timely response. A three year life on a concrete step-entrance job is totally unacceptable. WAITING TO HEAR FROM LIBERTY FENCE & RAILING

In September 2020 I made an appointment with sales representative Denis to come to my house to give me an estimate for a vinyl fence I wanted installed in the backyard. He was running late on the day of the appointment, but did text me to keep me informed of when he would arrive and apologized for the delay. Denis was friendly and professional, explained the process and patiently answered my questions.
When it came closer to the proposed installation date I spoke several times with Anastasia in the office who I found to be polite and very helpful.

My fence is crooked and they broke my siding and this has been a on going issue for 5 months. They refuse to fix it. I took my complain to the FSQ FB group and I was flooded with messages that this company broke things around their home and never fixed it. This company is not loyal to their customers. They take your money and just ghost your calls after. Take your business somewhere else

Got quoted, back in august. I was told 6-8 weeks. That was nearly 4 months ago. They took my deposit money no issue at all but can't seem to be bothered scheduling my installation. Office lady is rude and unhelpful. I really don't care how good this fence comes out, you don't treat customers like this and hide behind "COVID-19" as your excuse. Shop somewhere else people.

Liberty installed our fence & gate April 2020, they did a nice job but now fast forward 6 months to now (October 2020) & the spring on our gate came off our latch. The latch still works but not the same. We sent them a picture & we received a call back telling us that they don't have any extra springs so they can't do anything about it. They offered to replace the latch at our cost. I didn't pay a lot of money to have the latch break after only 6 months. Very disapointed! Now my husband is going to look if he can find the spring somewhere on the ground/grass. Poor quality

Liberty put up my fence around my shed and to fence in my pool filter. We needed a similar fence to what I already had and Liberty came through with the fence and the best price out of the 3 other vendors I looked at. They were prompt, even during these times, they also were extremely clean during and after fence installation. Their workers were kind and friendly as well. I highly recommend Liberty fence and railing!

Fence is nice and installation was quick but they left a gap between the fence and my neighbor's house that is just big enough for their dog to get through. When I called about it, Liberty basically said not our problem (paraphrase). The fence that was removed did not have that gap. They could have told me while they were installing and left the old post in place.

Liberty Fence did an amazing job replacing our old wood fence that recently came apart due to heavy wind. They installed their vinyl fence, which they manufacture themselves and it’s great quality and we could not be any happier with how it came out. The workers were great and got the whole job done in a day, highly recommend

He has had an earful from me and will no longer recommend them. They started my fence in April, screwed up the whole install and for months my fence is half installed looks horrible, wait til you see the pictures, and when we get nothing but an attitude from Rita, Mike and Tony G. They tell us they will call

I received A+ service from Liberty Fence. They installed a vinyl fence and beautiful drive gate on my property. My salesman was upfront regarding the installation time due to the amount of jobs and unforeseen weather conditions. I was quoted a 4 week installation and they were spot on.
With any vendor/ service you use, you just communicate your needs and your expectations, unfortunately I see many negative reviews but my experience was totally different. Communication is key especially with a busy vendor.
My installers Issac and Hector were professional and answered all questions immediately
