Promised complete attention to our addition saying it would be his only project for the duration. Was anything but smooth.
- Poured our foundation a foot short (below finished grade according to plans) and asked us to pay to fix it
- Installed the bath fan in the wrong location, asked us to pay to fix it, and after we did, left the work unfinished (does not vent to the outside)
- Installed kitchen cabinets without spacers so the top and bottom cabinets don't line up
- Left us with no doors or windows for seven months
- Took so long doing the project (twelve months on a four-month contract
