Most unprofessional shop we have ever dealt with. The mechanic didn’t want to do all the work that needed to be done to our truck, and told the warranty he didn’t want to do the work because it was too much. Sorry, but that’s your job. You can’t just say you don’t want to do your job and unfortunately this was the only shop we could take our truck to, to get worked on. We also didn’t appreciate the multiple, foot long scratches they put on the driver door. Definitely never coming here again and will tell everyone not to bring their vehicle here. Very disappointed.

This is actually two reviews in one: sales and service.
Sales... in the last 10 years we have purchased three Nissans from Nissan of Durango: a new Titan, a used Pathfinder, and a used Altima. We have been treated fairly and honestly every step of the deal. The Altima was just out of the factory warranty when we bought it and a control on the radio went bad. They made it right with no hassle.
Service... Having three Nissans, they see a lot of me in the service department. We have all our service on all three done there, and they even service our one non-Nissan car. Again, we are treated fairly

I've bought two vehicles form these guys. Both time have felt vary let down. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. It's a lot of lack of selection of dealerships in Durango Colorado. My most recent purchase was a used 2012 frontier. Brake rotors are warped and no oil change was done upon them buying it. When I purchased it they said they would do an alignment that next morning. So I called them at 11;00 am and said it would be in at 1:00 pm. Got here at 2:00 pm and it still hadn't been done. They are about the worst dealership I've ever been to.

I bought a used truck at Nissan of Durango a few weeks ago and I was a nervous wreck. I have owned my current truck for a long time and going back into payments scared me greatly. I worked with Nate Monroe and he was great. He helped me relax some, listened to my needs and got me into a truck that suited my needs. Everyone there is very nice and treated me with respect and understood this was difficult for me. Warren Gutierrez was awesome helping me understand the financing and got me the best rate possible. Also thanks to the service staff for detailing the truck really nice and filling the gas

Complete HACKS, STAY AWAY. This dealership is the worst of the worst, the hack-est dealership in Durango and the 4 corners area! They are typical used-car scammers and cons.
They deployed "Money Carlo" mail scams, if you're unsure what that is just google it, there are plenty of news stories about it. I'm sure they will think my review doesn't represent them accuracy. My advise to Nissan of Durango, I stated nothing inaccurate, you read my review incorrectly.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! We've purchased several cars, both new and used and have always received fair if not better then pricing. Every stereotype and everything I feared about buying through a dealership came true at Nissan of Durango. One of our conditions of purchasing a Dodge Ram was that they determine why the engine light would not go off and repair. On-site mechanic Lucas determined it was just a bad sensor. Salesman Jay Jensen and Sales Manager Darin Jensen affirmed that that was the only problem, but of course they didn't carry that sensor. We made the mistake believing them.
As it turned out it WASN'T the sensor. It was an actuator on the recently replaced turbo. So either their mechanic is incompetent

I was interested in a truck they had but to see it required me to drive from over an hour away. I asked the salesman that I spoke with numerous times if there were any problem I needed to be aware of before driving out that far and missing time at work. He lied and told me the vehicle was in great condition. When I arrived at the dealership it took me about 5 minutes to realize the vehicle was a lemon. One of the tires was racing slick bold and was not safe to drive on. The vehicle shook like crazy when I tried to drive it and there was some electrical problem that had the lights flashing on and
