Ted and his team were amazing. They transformed our standard new home front yard and plot of dirt backyard into the the functional yard of our dreams. DO NOT do business with this company- they do not have a valid contractors license and have been trying to get 30% down on jobs as a "deposit" which is illegal as well, most likely swindling people out of thousands of dollars. No wonder his bid was $5-10k lower than any other bids.

I really wanted to do artificial turf, but that was almost as expensive to to Just turf than to do my whole back yard project!
I Could Not Be Happier with my yard!! I designed what I wanted and discussed it with Ted, the owner who gave me some options and suggestions. In the end, the outcome is 100% what I wanted!
I was considering a block retaining wall but after suggesting a rock wall and seeing some of his work with faux rock, I opted for that instead--So glad I did!
The highlight of the project was my waterfall. That did take me over what I had in mind for my budget, but it was

I signed a contract with Signature landscapes. They were supposed to lay the forms for my back yard on Friday October 5th, they didn't. I called and asked when they would start the job. I was told that the person they relied on for doing the work wasn't available.
I was never told when they'd be back to lay the forms and pour my patio. On 10/19/2018 after not getting any feedback I sent an email stating that I'd void the contract unless forming took place on 10/22/2018.
On 10/22/2018 I received an reply stating that they had told me that they only had a few windows in time
