I am getting ready to hire a new company, They are sloppy, inconsistent, and though I have emailed owner requesting my bushes to be trimmed a certain way twice now, this week they hacked them up and they look absolutely awful right before the holidays!!! I am so done

It was really nice to catch one of their workers on my security camera relieving himself on the side of my house (While wearing his uniform & getting out of the company truck). Weird he was at my house when my neighbors & I use another company for lawncare. I know to steer clear if I ever need to change lawncare companies.
