From our first meeting with the owner, Travis, and through the actual move, we could not have asked for more. A huge “thank you” to Gavin and Junior on the sending end, and to Chase and Cody on the receiving end, who helped us with our move from Leesburg to SC. They could not have been more pleasant, accommodating, and professional. Moving is stressful, and these guys helped make things run very smoothly. These folks are really good at what they do. They work both hard and smart which makes their prices reasonable. They can work with as little or as much direction as you want and are polite and cheerful while they are doing it. They show the camaraderie of people who have either worked together for a quite a while or are otherwise close friends. While casual in attitude amongst themselves, they are also respectful of you and very professional at their jobs. Travis and his team far exceeded our expectations. We used them three times in the last several months and they made a terrible situation bearable. They went above and beyond helping us and we are most grateful to them. Don't bother using anyone else this company is fantastic! The communication was fantastic and they showed up and called and did everything they said they would do and more. Travis and his team are awesome!! They were early to my storage unit and jumped right to work. The crew was respectful, and careful with my household furnishings. They had to move some extremely heavy and awkward stuff up a flight of 16 stairs and kept right on going! I recommend this company for all your moving needs!! Thank you Quality Movers!!

The movers were great but 2 of my TVs were broken one 75' the other 40 inch. Both TVs were in working order, none were boxed just a pad over them in the back of the van. Travis called this morning and refused to take any responsibility even though his co.is insured. He Said it was not his Co fault. Like I am going to ship broken TVs, A very poor decision on the Co part. If the TVs had been boxed instead of having a pad put over them I believe we would have all 4 of them working. Poor quality ownership decision of the Quality Moving Services not to back up their service and take responsibility for

I cannot personally speak for the services this business offers. But the owner was at another facility and overheard a conversation about some tough times I was having and paid my bill for me without my knowledge. Had I of known, I would've respectfully declined.
