James is awesome. I would definitely recommend him. He was able to take care of me same day after another locksmith bailed. He was professional, cost competitive, and provided a high quality of service. A few days later, I was having issues with one of the locks and called him to come by. Turns out the lock was fine, but I had bent the key by doing silly things with it. He cut me a new and thicker (more expensive) key and didn't charge me for the key nor the visit. 10/10.

I was very happy that THEY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE! Then the gentleman came out and did a phenomenal job. I had damage to my locks from the call orange team that came out. Not only was my original problem fixes but he uncovered the reason why my garage storage doors wouldn't lock and fixed that problem too. I will be definitely using him again as there is a huge difference between technicians and an actual locksmith- this guy is a solid locksmith.
