John came out to assess our garage door issues and quoted us a very fair price to fix it. Within a few days he came back to replace some panels that had broken, and had us up and running with everything fixed. He was professional and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him any day. Along with the great customer service experience, huge kudos for actually answering his phone during the Superbowl and on a Sunday. I didn't really expect to talk to a real person that day! But he picked up and we set up our appointment. That alone is worth an extra star!

John and his crew were punctual and they were able to assess the problem of our door not working quickly and give us an unexpectedly easy solution to our problem. Happy to pay the service call fee as it was worth every penny, and now we have a keypad on our garage without all kinds of messy wiring! Def reccomend these guys.
