This is the best place by far. The storage space is clean and the people are helpful to get you exactly what your looking for. This was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had with renting a storage unit! In the future when I am in need of a storage unit I will be using them again. I recommend union storage to anyone needing safe clean storage.

Easy to work with when setting up our storage unit. Items were able to be securely stored. Easy process for cancelling when we were ready to as well. Convenient auto payments at the beginning of the month. Overall great experience using them. We just don’t need the storage any longer.

I cannot believe the terrible experience I am having with this shady company. My second month's payment was due November 1. Unsure of how the process works, I called the contact number around October 26 and asked how I can pay with cash or money order. Tim was very polite and gave me an address, a PO box in St. Louis, which I double and triple confirmed with him for accuracy. I had the money order in the mail the same day. On November 4, I received an email from Union Storage notifying me that my card payment had been declined. Card payment? I had never authorized recurring card debits, and
