All my self-employed business keys “disappeared” returning home from NYC on July 31, 2021. I called his Dispatcher and stated what I needed. Everything (!) she said took place. Carl called me within 10 min, said he was helping someone else and would call me back in 20 minutes and he did!! He met me at my office and was able to open my office door and replaced the entire “kwikset”, plus made copies of the key, right there! Opened my filing cabinet and gave me a reference and phone number who I could call to get key copies made. And he was reasonable in his prices! I cannot tell you how helpful

Super friendly, super fast, best prices in town! I called, he arrived at my house within 10 minutes and had me back inside my house in under a minute! He was also half the cost of the competition. Hopefully I’ll never have to call him again, but if the need arises I will only be calling him.

We had mistakenly locked a closet door for which we no longer had a key. When we called he answered the phone immediately and said he'd be here within an hour, and he was. He unlocked the door and re-keyed the lock for us, and at the price he quoted over the phone.
Many business owners who work in mountain communities don't answer their phones, they let them go to voicemail, and then then may return your call a day or two later, if they're not out hunting for a week. Our experience with Mountain Locksmith was one of the most professional experiences we've ever had up here in Woodland Park.
