Brent and his team took on the enormous task of excavating old railroad ties and replacing three separate retaining walls. Their work was high quality and on budget. He and his team also completed the replacement of structural supports in our home-length carport as well as re-framing a skylight. Brent was responsive and his team friendly and clean.

We hired Grassroots Construction to repair several areas in our yard that were damaged during the ice storm last winter. The work was very detailed, such as matching the existing deck railing which is a combination of wood & metal. Brenton’s crew also added some custom finishes that we had requested. Lastly, the crew recreated a putting green that we had installed a year ago, which came out looking MUCH better than the work done by the previous company. We had Brenton come out to our house for a quote to repair some areas of our turf. We accepted his quote and agreed on a date for repair. We called the day before to confirm with no response. The day of he no showed. He eventually called us back the following week claiming he wasn’t sure what happened and would be there the following Saturday. We planned on having family over for Memorial Day weekend for a bbq but decided this repair was more important. Again we called the day before to confirm. We heard nothing back. Love our 2 new patios, turf, and stained fence!!! Our pups are beyond happy with their new yard!! They took our backyard from unusable to where we spend all our free time.
The crew is extremely professional and did a great job! We had them do a couple projects at our last house as well and have been extremely happy with all their work.

Brent and his team did a great job on our house in Lake Oswego. They were in and out in four days and built a great retaining wall to separate our yard from our neighbors elevated property. They cleaned up every day when they were done, showed up on time like they said And we’re very respectful of our property. I would highly recommend them, and I do, to friends family and neighbors. Brents eye for detail, professionalism and quality of work is hands-down above any other contractor I’ve hired in the past. Five stars

Brent and his crew did a fantastic job! I had a French drain put in and replaced a rotted out fence! Brent came to my home on 3/26 and had the bid to me that night. I accepted his bid and he stated the project on the 30th and completed it in 2.5 days!
His team was very professional and their quality was superb! He even add some bark nuggets (at no charge) to complete the project! I will be using their services when I redesign my patio!

The staff and owner were easy to work with and pleasant. When a job goes perfectly, then all is good. The test of a good company is their customer service . We had some adjustments that we needed after the job was done. When we contacted Grassroots, they responded immediately and to our satisfaction . I'm happy to recommend Grassroots construction.
