Chris came to our home for our estimate. He was thorough and extremely patient. He answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. Christy was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process to schedule, explain the process, and to provide updates. Aaron came out to do the final measurements, called to confirm prior to installation, and also came out during installation. Caesar and Uriel showed up bright and early the morning of installation. One of the best contractor experiences we could ask for. From start to finish, we had not a single hiccup. We replaced essentially all of our windows and one patio door. They turned out beautifully. The crew was so incredibly polite and professional. For such a large investment in our house, we did our homework and had multiple estimates. I’m so glad we chose correctly. We had Energy Home Pros come out to quote us for a total home window replacement at my mom's house. They quoted her around $30K and the guy even "haggled" with his manager over the phone to get a couple thousand discounted off of this. They said they would email the quote over. I followed up a few times to get this emailed quote to see for myself what they were trying to sell my mom for that much money. After many messages to them for the quote to be sent over, they have not responded at all. I am guessing the sales person realized that the quote would go to someone else for scrutiny

After 4 consults, we chose EHP for 19 window replacements because of the window quality and cost. Nick provided a thorough presentation at the consult and answered all of our questions.
