Maintenance Man Landscaping has been proudly serving the Madison County and Oneida County areas for over 21 years. Located on Route 31 in Vernon, at the former Croft's Nursery, we are centrally located between Utica and Syracuse. We do everything from Seasonal clean-ups to installing Driveways. My verbal estimates and design ideas are free.

On any job big or small, I will give you plenty of options to choose from and get you all the information I can on the products you need. We will be happy to work with you to create, rebuild or enhance, your home or office. To familiarize ourselves with all the new products and technology available; my staff and I attend seminars and local Home and Garden Shows every year.

I do material and cost comparisons between all the local suppliers, to ensure my customers get the best possible pricing. I locate the most popular choices and purchase only quality products to get my customers something that will last for years. If you are thinking of taking on a big project, do the research.
Services
Maintenance Man Landscaping has been designing, re-storing, and maintaining properties since 1987. In the late 1980's the landscape industry was very different. Retaining walls were built out of pressure treated timbers and railroad ties; walks and patios were predominately Pennsylvania blue stone slate or natural stone, and the phone never stopped ringing.
Maintenance Man Landscaping is always looking for hard working individuals that can work flexible hours in the landscaping field. If you would like to apply, please fill out the following form. Thank you for considering us. If you answered yes to the previous question, please indicate your driver's license # and expiration date.
