Had issues with last service. Rob contacted me about my concerns and is interested in making sure it's corrected and keeping us happy with service.
Originally switched from another company because I was concerned about fertilizers and the amount of time my dogs spend in the yard. Liked the idea of using an organic product and communication before service is great. Yard looks fantastic. Also, had aeration and overseeing done for a fair price.

I used Organic Lawns and they charged me for services that I did not request. I was charged for them seeding my lawn. I did not request this. They charged my credit card for this service without my permission. Seemingly they would have asked me if I wanted this service prior to doing it. I called and the owner said that he would call me back? Why? I want my money back and will not be using them again. It should be noted that I was never called back. I have informed my credit card not to honor any request from them again and if I don't get my money back I will file a small claims case

Our lawn needed attention and glad we found organiclawns! Their team has done a good job on our lawn for the past year and hopefully we will see the results next year. John just did our aeration and reseeding. He was very detailed and took his time to navigate our lawn which has lots of slope and other landscaping. He was patient and very professional to work with.

Started with Organic lawns a few years ago. Never before subscribed to a lawn service, primarily due to owning pets and the cost. Other companies offer a great starting price then steadily climb. Not Organic lawns. I'm extremely comfortable with this company and the employees that do the work. Being an animal lover I don't have to worry about my dog or any other little creatures that wander through. The secondary perk is my beautiful lawn. So plush and green. Weed free. My neighbors compliment all the time. 5 stars in my book all the way around!

Like previous reviewers, I hired this company for a one time service. They have continued to charge my card every month since then for services that I have never asked for nor received. Every month I see the charge and immediately call them to have it removed. Every month they say that they have no idea how my card was charged but that it won't happen again. I was just charged again today.

I signed up for lime, seeding, and winterizing treatments (3 visits) at $46 a piece to close out the year. This cost was verified five or six times by the representative.
Lime visit came and went as planned and as quoted. A day prior to the seeding visit, I see a pending charge on my credit card for almost $150...which was not the $46 as agreed. I called

This company is also known as Organic Lawns of America. I purchased a Living Social deal with them a while ago for a one time lawn seeding/aeration service. When I called, the man suggested a 3 time weed/fertilization treatment in order to get the lawn ready for the seeding, so I agreed over the phone to do it. Unfortunately, after the 3 treatments and seeding/aeration, they are still charging me for services I never asked for. When I called, he said the last service was the last one of the year.
