The personnel at Bragg Blvd. Climate Controlled Storage are pleasant, helpful, honest, and fair. The grounds are clean and accessible. There are options for outdoor compartments without air conditioning and indoor ones with air conditioning. The owners are enthusiastic and communicative. They even send e-mails out, when necessary, about closings due to inclement weather, in plenty of time to help customers avoid making a trip to the storage location only to find it locked up. I cannot say enough positive comments about Bragg Blvd. Climate Controlled Storage. The staff is fantastic, my interior unit is affordable, and the location is very convenient. Most importantly, it is clean and climate-controlled. I have had a storage unit there since 2008 and have never had a negative experience. I have referred family and friends with confidence.
