This is my 3rd car from Bailey Ford in Malone. I am extremely happy with this dealership. Everyone is very friendly and super helpful. They are always answer questions and help you in any way they can. The sales people that I have dealt with are very knowledgeable and not pushy. Also, the service department is great. I would definitely get another car from Bailey Ford.

My salesperson was so amazing. I explained to her what I needed and she did not make me feel rushed. I felt comfortable with her and she was very down to earth and sincere. She was professional and made me feel secure and comfortable with my decision. I love my vehicle! Since my purchase, she gave me a follow up call to again ask if I had any questions about anything.
