I am a property manager and have had experience with a number of locksmiths over the years. Ben has been a pleasure to work with. He is easy to reach and I have been really pleased with his service / pricing / billing process. He has an easy demeanor which really helps when dealing with my tenants.
One instance that really stands out to me involved a custom lock at a rental property in the Camelback Corridor. After numerous trips to the home, Ben told me that he could not remedy the problem and referred me back to the manufacturer. (No easy task since there were no markings on the lock!). The

Absolutely the best there is!!! After having a horrific experience with another locksmith (24/7 Locksmith- worst ever), I contacted Mr Moss who immediately quieted my fears, educated me on the locksmithing industry and made an appointment to view the damage that had been created by another company. He promptly showed up for the appointment, was very considerate, knowledgeable and personable. He repaired the haphazard mess that had been left and created a perfect lock and key for us!
