They took over my lawn fertilization after Covid related issues with my past service via a conversation with Bobby Stewart. Bobby always keeps me informed about treatment schedule, treatment options, and follows up to answer my questions. And by the way, my yard looks great. If your looking for a honest!!! Company then stop your search. These guys are up front for what you actually need and ask for! We started with a completely new yard of dirt.regraded our old yard & they seeded/aerated then killed off the junk! We had a very hot summer & through all that we've started out w/a beautiful Green lawn! But since it's the 1st year of new lawn I have a few bald spots which I told them last year there was a few & right away they came & reseeded free. And you actually talk to a person & they always answer the their phone! I've tried too

I will never recommend this company to ANYONE! After a year, our yard looked worse than when service started. I canceled service last year on their website, as I was told I could do when I signed up, and surprise, they still came and serviced my yard and presented me a bill. Last night, I called right away to explain what I was told and what I did. Chelsea advised that she would have to look into it and call me back today. I specifically requested a call back to my cell phone and she called my home phone. When I called her to follow up, I was told they had no record of my service cancellation.

I haven't had a lawn service in some time, the last company I really couldn't see much difference and the communication was never that good. So far everything has been working very well, the first few visits went really well - Casey and Scott were extremely helpful and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. I'm already seeing a big difference in my yard for the most part, I'm hoping they can fix a small trouble spot that is extremely shaded. They shared a lot of valuable information with me and provided additional written literature on what I can do to help this process
