Many conventional flooring options offer a beautiful style, but don't have the longevity that durable decorative concrete systems provide. We love the finished flooring in our laundry room that was originally the back part of a garage. We were so impressed (and not used to) such a professional itemized estimate. Tom is a second mile person who constructed steps and hung doors for us as well. We feel that High Traffic Flooring is very fair in its pricing and communicated professionally.
We begin by prepping the floor and repairing any damage or control joints (the intentionally placed cracks from pouring) in order to even out the floor. The existing concrete is ground to level, enabling us to put down the finish or coating. The actual steps vary based on the type of flooring being installed.

Purchased home with garage floor already completed by HTF. We decided to have our enclosed patio concrete floor improved and called HTF. We requested flooring type and color to match the garage floor. We were impressed with the final product. Very pleased with our new floor and would highly recommend HTF. Improved to whole look of our patio room.
